This coffee has a good balanced acidity, a smooth body with flavours of berries and hints of stone fruits. Peaberries occur when only one seed is formed in the cherry as oposed to the two which normally form. Many people suggest as a result the peaberry beans have more concentrated flavour as the one seed got all the nutrients. The apprearance of peaberry is round almost shaped like a sphere.
